Responsibilities
- Provides support to a department or Operating Unit, coordinating the execution of key business operations projects and initiatives by helping to facilitate project meetings, and develop, track and close out project accomplishments, and track/present status.
- Performs and organizes timely and accurate data collection, processing, extraction and preparation and implements processes and procedures to maintain documentation and records for management. Delivers analytical results and actionable recommendations to partners and stakeholders.
- Creates and analyzes reports and draws conclusions on data and information through independent research and analysis to recognize and resolve issues.
- Supports multiple concurrent projects.
- Supports the development of department and/or operating unit plan scenarios to evaluate different priorities and potential options to achieving organization objectives.
- Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts by assisting relevant project teams, especially in the planning stage.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating logistics for training schedules
- Experience in data analytics to generate insights and inform decisions
- Experience in budget management and variance analysis
- Experience in preparing and distributing reports on training activities and outcomes
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio, Power BI)
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or similar support roles
- Ability to adapt to competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (clients, peers, management)
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
