Become a Business Process Improvement, Specialist at Southern California Edison (SCE) and help elevate operational performance through meaningful analysis, reporting, and communication to drive how we operate as an organization. In this role, you’ll create, pull, and distribute various operational reports, as well as work with a multitude of databases and systems that our team relies on to complete their main business needs. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience pulling operational data and ensuring accuracy across reports or dashboards.
• Experience tracking and sending various reports that have specific deadlines that need to be monitored to ensure timely completion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and identify accurate data using various data systems such as SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, SAS, and other systems.
• Experience utilizing and editing shared documentation repositories such as SharePoint, SCE Portal, etc.

Additional Information 

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

• The primary work location for this position is the Foothill Service Center (Fontana, CA).  However, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time at alternate work location.
• Position will require up to 10% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
• Relocation does not apply to this position.
