To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in vendor management or supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement service level agreements that drive financial, operational, and quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Leads the strategic direction and delivery of operational support to optimize customer operations, ensuring the successful execution of key strategic operation projects.
- Serves as a principal advisor to senior stakeholders, presenting complex analytical insights and providing strategic recommendations to enhance customer operations.
- Oversees the evaluation of customer operations processes and endorses high-level actions to elevate efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Designs and implements comprehensive performance dashboards to monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving continuous process improvement and supporting advanced development of performance metrics within customer operations.
- Formulates high-level business planning scenarios, taking into account financial, operational, and regulatory risks and constraints, while aligning with organizational strategy.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience performing Customer Service Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Vendor Management or Supply Chain Management experience
- Call center experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in utility business or another highly regulated industry
- Experience leading large-scale RFP/RFQ projects
- Possession of a valid passport
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
