Incident Management Team Expected Participation: Employees are expected to support emergency response and/or business continuity efforts, including readiness to serve on an Incident Management Team (IMT) when needed. Employees will participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every four to six weeks), to support IMT activations during emergency events. IMT assignments may differ from an individual’s regular responsibilities.

Work Modes (include only one work mode verbiage for position)

• This position’s work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
• The position’s work mode is remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs. Work Location if extensive travel is involved (if applicable)

• Position will require up to 60% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory. 

NERC/CIP (if applicable)

• This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation.  Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.

Alternate Work Schedule (if applicable)

• This position has an option for a 9/80 Alternate Work Schedule or 40hrs/5 days a week.

DOT Class A (if applicable)

•  This position is a Department of Transportation (DOT) covered classification and is subject to random drug and/or alcohol screening.

Location Premium Program (If applicable)

• This position is eligible for a location-based incentive.  Incentive is offered if commitment is made to work on-site and to remain in specified work location for an agreed-upon timeframe.

• This is a full-time project regular positon for an estimated duration of X months.  This position is eligible for company benefits and incentives during the duration of the assignment.

Testing (if applicable)

• This position requires testing and applicants who are identified to continue through the selection process will be invited to test via email. Reference our Information Guides for the following tests: (EEI TECH (Test #5107)).  Candidates who have previously passed these assessment(s), in some cases, may not need to retest again for this position.
