In this job, you’ll lead a team of employees responsible for reviewing and inspecting Energy Efficiency Projects, ensuring safe working conditions and high service standards across both office and field environments. This role drives operational excellence by partnering with QA/QC teams, hiring and mentoring staff, and adapting to evolving business priorities within Customer Solutions. Responsibilities
- Influences the strategic direction and short-term vision for the energy efficiency and demand response program with the overall program goals aligned to SCE objectives
- Partners with stakeholders to ensure program success and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manages budgets and allocate resources effectively to support program initiatives, including funding for customer incentives, technology investments, marketing campaigns, and program evaluation activities
- Establishes performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance and effectiveness of programs
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, rules, and reporting requirements related to programs. Stay informed about regulatory changes and proactively adapt the program to meet evolving compliance standards.
- Leads a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of program. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years combined experience performing or supervising demand response principles, customer programs, or conservation/efficiency initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science in an applicable Business or Engineering Field
- Experience in the energy efficiency industry

- The position’s work mode is remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs.
