Responsibilities

  • Develops innovative opportunities to increase customer engagement, including the development and testing of media campaigns.
  • Monitors and optimizes marketing budget allocation based on performance and guidelines.
  • Leads weekly and monthly planning sessions to maintain the integrated marketing calendar and partner with cross-discipline teams on strategic approaches to content.
  • Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously, with focus on high-priority tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Develops and optimizes strategic programmatic digital and marketing campaigns that perform consistently above system-wide benchmarks.
  • Establishes a digital scoring model to identify gaps in digital vs non-digital customer behavior in successfully developing the customer experience strategy to migrate customers low cost to serve channels.
  • Develops and maintains brand standards, creates comprehensive brand guidelines, and manages brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Conducts and incorporates market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to develop effective marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Contributes to integrated communications strategies for key business initiatives, brand management, and crisis communications programs.
  • Drives penetration into new segments through the use of strategic marketing initiatives.
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management Experience in leading product/brand management initiatives and commercial/business development.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing operations, revenue operations, or customer operations functions, with responsibility for marketing processes, governance, performance measurement, and operational scalability. 

  • Proven ability to design and optimize end‑to‑end marketing workflows, establish operating standards, and implement governance models that enable consistent execution, data quality, and compliance across teams. 

  • Strong background in marketing analytics and performance measurement, including defining KPIs, building dashboards, and translating data into insights that improve campaign effectiveness and demonstrate marketing’s business impact.  

  • Hands‑on experience using marketing technology systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) to enable operational workflows, ensure data integrity, and deliver reliable performance reporting. 

  • Demonstrated success partnering cross‑functionally with sales, IT, finance, and analytics teams to align strategy and execution, improve operational efficiency, and support enterprise‑scale marketing initiatives 

  • Experience operating in complex, highly regulated, or large enterprise environments, applying disciplined governance and measurement practices to balance speed, risk management, and customer experience. 

  • Experience supporting in‑house marketing execution, including in‑house email deployments, ensuring operational quality, compliance, and consistent delivery across high‑volume, customer‑facing communications. 

 

 

Additional Information 

  • This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
