Become an Senior Manager, Metering Field Operations at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll provide leadership and direction for daily Meter Operations, you’ll be responsible for 8 to 9 service centers across SCE territory, provides field-based meter maintenance and customer service. You will be accountable for fostering a strong safety culture, driving performance aligned with compliance and financial efficiency, and instilling a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Ensures and maintains integrity, accuracy and security of Company revenue metering infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related field
• Experience developing and executing quality programs.
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Three years of experience collaborating with senior and executive-level personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiating skills to build consensus with partners to develop and maintain partnerships with support organizations and senior management.
• Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, improve customer satisfaction and efficiency, handle risks appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery,

Additional Information 

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
