It blends strategic coordination with hands-on execution, supporting executive-level broadcasts, Significant Safety Events, and employee engagement programs that have real impact across the organization. Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical aptitude supporting digital systems or platforms, such as digital signage, AV systems, collaboration tools, content management systems, or similar technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and work with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow structured approval processes, and operate effectively in a fast paced environment
• Experience working cross functionally with technical, operational, or leadership teams
• Experience producing or supporting livestream or in person events, including technical setup, live production, or post production editing
• Experience drafting, coordinating approval for, and distributing executive level or organization wide communications
• Experience working with digital communication platforms such as digital signage, SharePoint, or similar tools
• Experience supporting employee engagement, giving, or internal programs
• Experience supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) or site operations activities 

Additional Information 

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
