Become a Compliance and Quality QA Cause Evaluation Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. This role plays a critical part in strengthening SCE’s quality and compliance programs by identifying causes, communicating findings, and partnering with stakeholders to implement effective corrective actions. Through collaboration with cross-functional partners, this leader helps reduce risk, prevent recurrence, and advance a culture of continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience performing cause evaluations/investigations.
• Strong experience with SAP
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
• Experience facilitating and leading cross functional teams.
• Project management experience
• Experience and knowledge of Transmission and Distribution operations, policies, and work processes.
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Initiate, Plan, Schedule, Execute, and Close (IPSEC) processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and subject matter experts across multiple and cross-functional organizational units; clearly present analyses, observations, and recommendations to drive collaboration and agreement on sustainable corrective actions.

Additional Information 

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

• Position will require up to 20% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory. 
• This position has been identified as a potencial NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation.  Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
• Relocation does not apply to this position.
