Become a GIS Tech Specialist, Sr Supervisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll provide critical leadership over some of the company's most important asset data and remediation programs, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of records that directly support employee and public safety, grid reliability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. As Master Data Integrity continues to grow in scope and complexity, the Senior Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving E2 asset record corrections, EAD data remediation, CPUC compliance, and Master Data Governance initiatives that enable informed operational and investment decisions. What makes this role especially exciting is the opportunity to lead work that has a direct and measurable impact on the electric system and the communities it serves. By improving the quality and governance of asset data, this position helps ensure infrastructure inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, while strengthening the resiliency and reliability of the grid for the future. .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental Science, or Computer Science, with an emphasis in GIS. 
• Experience leading teams, leading special projects, or mentorship
• Experience with proficiency in the use of ESRI ArcGIS 10.0 or higher, ArcPro, ArcGIS Online, Survey123, FieldMaps, WebApp Builder, and Experience Builder.
• Specialized GIS education or certification 

Additional Information 

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
