Become an Inspections Senior Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. This position is within SCE’s Vegetation, Inspections, and Contractor Operations organization In this job, you’ll act as a delegate to the Authorized Edison Representative (AER) and be responsible for overseeing and managing contractor performance. You will serve as the primary liaison between contractors and SCE, supporting performance management efforts while ensuring effective contract administration and oversight. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while maximizing the value of SCE’s procured inspections services. As an Inspections Senior Advisor, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Familiarity with SCE’s Safety and Environmental compliance standards
• Experience supporting or leading project management activities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience using Power BI to develop, analyze, or interpret dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of Transmission and Distribution (T&D) work practices and organizational structure.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or reviewing technical documents.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, SME’s and internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information 

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
