Become an ERP Modernization Senior Manager and contribute to the development and execution of solution delivery strategies for the Core ERP business transformation capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Develops long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the project management competency
  • Cultivates relationships with business partners and vendors to achieve operational excellence
  • Drive adoption of innovative project management methodologies and approaches
  • Directs project portfolio planning and ongoing optimization of resources to advance key initiatives
  • Enhances program increment planning, dependency management, and synchronization of Agile release trains
  • Promotes collaboration between project teams to share knowledge, reuse code, align architecture, and standardize processes
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to project managers on Agile principles, removing impediments, and evolving practices
  • Drives initiatives to improve team velocity trends, defect rates, and sprint burndown metrics to mitigate risk
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
  • Experience developing long-term vision and strategic roadmaps for IT projects.
  • Experienced in technical leadership of project portfolio planning and ongoing optimization of resources.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years or more of full lifecycle SAP implementations including SAP ECC and S/4 HANA ERP.
  • 7 years or more of performing IT Operating Model design and implementation in support of an SAP ERP Solution Delivery and/or SAP Application Development and Maintenance organization, including assessing current state operating models and designing future state operating models.
  • 7 years or more of managing Service Integration and Management engagements where responsibilities included managing end to end services in multi-sourced environments, including governance set-up and implementation, SLA management, future state process improvement roadmap creation, resource planning and program management.
  • 7 years or more of experience managing professional resources in an SAP ERP Solution Delivery and/or SAP Application Development and Maintenance operating environment    

  • 7 years or more of SAP program management and ERP business transformation management experience.                              

     

Additional Information 

  • This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
