In this job, you’ll support Cybersecurity portfolio management to prepare, track, and manage procurement packages for cybersecurity hardware, software, and professional services, ensuring timely execution and financial visibility across the cyber portfolio. Additionally, you will provide resource management support to help allocate cybersecurity personnel and assets efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
- Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
- Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review.
- Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits.
- Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs.
- Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit. Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis.
- Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Cybersecurity or Technology organizations, with direct involvement in procurement coordination for hardware, software, and/or professional services.
- Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and system access are managed efficiently. Validate supplemental resource end dates regularly to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely updates to workforce records. Process and update personnel data changes, maintain accurate records, and support HR and management requirements.
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity domains (e.g., security tooling, infrastructure, cloud, managed services, or professional services) sufficient to support effective communication between technical teams and business partners.
- Demonstrated experience tracking Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), contracts, renewals, and vendor spend, ensuring alignment to approved scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
- Ability to develop and maintain status reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries related to procurement progress, financials, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience working with Cyber Architecture, Cyber PMO, and senior technology leaders to translate cybersecurity needs into actionable procurement and execution plans.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple procurement efforts simultaneously in a regulated or critical infrastructure environment.
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

- This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
- US Citizenship required as part of the Critical Infrastructure security protocols.
