Responsibilities
- Extracts, transforms, and automatically loads data from various sources.
- Develops and maintains scripts for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Applies statistical techniques to analyze program data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAS and other tools to communicate findings effectively.
- Evaluates program effectiveness by assessing key metrics.
- Quantifies the impact of interventions and identifies areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure accurate results.
- Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Protects all physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, and properly accesses and manages private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other highly sensitive information with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience performing data analysis.
- Experience using a variety of data tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or supporting digital solutions such as dashboards, automations, workflows, or applications that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Proficient with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced coursework or certifications in analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Power Platform, Agile).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders, including business partners, IT teams, and leadership, to deliver solutions end to end.
- Working in a fast paced, evolving environment with competing priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

- The primary work location for this position is Rosemead, CA. However, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time at alternate work location.

- Project Regular Position: This is a full-time project regular position for an estimated duration of 24 months. This position is eligible for company benefits and incentives during the duration of the assignment.
