Become an Enterprise Security Business Operations Senior Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll manage a team that will be responsible for business operations functions across the Enterprise Security organization, driving the integration of long-range planning, General Rate Case (GRC) strategy, Risk Assessment Mitigation Program (RAMP) activities, financial management, resource planning, and the successful execution of key business initiatives.
More specifically, you’ll:
- Lead Enterprise Security's General Rate Case (GRC) strategy, testimony development, workpapers, financial analyses, and regulatory support activities.
- Direct Risk Assessment Mitigation Program (RAMP) planning activities, including risk modeling, financial strategy development, and regulatory support documentation.
- Lead development and execution of Enterprise Security's multi-year business, operating, and financial plans.
- Develop and manage Enterprise Security's overall budget strategy, including capital and O&M planning, forecasting, budget tracking, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on budget strategy, resource planning, financial performance, and operational priorities across the Enterprise Security organization.
- Build partnerships across Enterprise Security, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Management, and other stakeholder organizations to drive organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develops and implements business operating plans which align with Operating Unit or enterprise business strategy and short, medium-term objectives.
- Develops and implements business operations risk management strategies.
- Leads the prioritization of strategic planning scenarios which effectively address business challenges while successfully achieving operational performance metrics.
- Defines business metrics, evaluates impact of new and existing initiatives, and initiates and implements changes to improve ongoing operations.
- Administers projects including planning, strategizing, coordination, implementation and quality control. Designs project management systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications.
- Oversees the undertaking of data gathering for the development of strategies based upon the market. Oversees the allocation of resources, ensures delivery of sufficient support to a business function.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
- Experience in leading business operations analysis.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing financial, operational, workforce, and resource data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and organizational needs.
- Experience in applying risk-informed planning and prioritization methodologies to support operational planning, resource allocation, and leadership decision-making.
- Experience leading business operations support for major strategic initiatives, including budget management, milestone tracking, risk analysis, and performance reporting.
- Experience monitoring organizational performance against financial plans, operating commitments, strategic objectives, and providing recommendations to leadership.
- Experience developing and delivering executive presentations, budget updates, forecasts, business reviews, and strategic briefings for senior leadership and governance forums.
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
