Responsibilities
- Implements and drives the strategic direction, development, and design of the HR technology vision, strategy, and implementation path, overseeing the execution of HR technology projects according to the project plan.
- Creates, identifies, and implements innovative methodologies, techniques, process improvements, and evaluation criteria to streamline and improve service delivery and people operations continually.
- Oversees all third-party vendor relationships related to HR technology endeavors, ensuring vendor compliance through effective governance and steering mechanisms.
- Leads and develops a variety of analytical reports of HR and system related data to support process improvements and alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
- Drives HR Strategy through the design, implementation and administration of HRIS systems and processes. Monitors project progress, tracks milestones, manages project risks, and ensures that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule, and service level agreements (SLA).
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather HR process requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Manages project budgets, tracking expenses, ensuring cost control and preparing financial reports and forecasts for HRIS projects.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
- Experience researching, analyzing, designing and maintaining human resources information systems in support of human resource administration and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge across multiple HR process areas, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Core HR, and how HR technology enables efficient, scalable, and compliant people operations.
- Experience with SuccessFactors preferred; experience with other SAP, HCM, AI, or automation platforms used to advance organizational goals and improve HR service delivery is also valued.
- Experience developing HR technology strategy and driving successful implementation of technology solutions from planning through adoption and sustainment.
- Experience leading hybrid delivery teams, including internal employees, consultants, vendors, and offshore resources, to achieve shared priorities and business outcomes.
- Experience implementing and sustaining technology governance processes, including intake, prioritization, release planning, risk management, and vendor oversight.
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
