Responsibilities

  • Using software engineering principles, build and deploy scalable, full-stack enterprise applications (using React, Angular, Node.js, Python, and Express, deployed on Azure, or GCP cloud platforms), mobile applications (using iOS Swift, React Native etc.) and low-code / no-code tools such as Power Platform
  • Design and implement AI-integrated solutions using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and RAG architectures to build LLM-powered agents, voice-to-text, image-to-text capabilities and custom machine learning models.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team, aligning with enterprise architecture and driving consensus on technical decisions using software engineering principles, involving senior members and leadership into decisioning.
  • Mentor and coach junior and senior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and continuous learning initiatives, promoting best practices in GitHub, CI/CD, and secure coding.
  • Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies, new tools and practices, and POCs proving technical capabilities of AI or other technical solutions.
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Five or more years of hands-on full-stack enterprise scale experience in software development and delivery.
  • One or more years of experience building, integrating and scaling AI solutions.
  • One or more years of experience leading technical teams, mentoring and coaching other developers.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of building / integrating AI capabilities in solutions (such as computer vision, NLP-chatbots, LLMs, RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering etc.).
  • Two or more years of experience in building cloud-native solutions in Azure, GCP, and/or AWS and are able to build serverless and microservices based solutions using cloud native best practices.
  • Two or more years of experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc) and back-end frameworks (Python, Node.js, Express, etc).
  • One or more years of experience with Agile and DevOps.

 

 

Additional Information 

  • This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
