Become a Streetlight Inventory Senior Supervisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll oversee the Streetlight team, responsible for accurately updating and maintaining non-metered streetlight inventory in SAP. You will oversee a staff of six employees, track and monitor key performance indicators, address emergent customer issues, and work with public authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Drives organizational performance improvements by collaborating with management, working to develop innovative and effective solutions to mitigate potential compliance risks
  • Creates the appropriate systems and methods to support the organization's strategic vision and facilitates and trains team members in improvement projects
  • Develops, implements, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvements and oversees and validates the analysis process for quality and completeness
  • Plans, maintains, and manages a pipeline for all productivity improvement projects to assure that annual productivity improvement goals are exceeded
  • Stays updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management and incorporates them into quality assurance strategies
  • Oversees and ensures regulation compliance of quality systems across activities including review and approval of quality documents
  • Creates training materials as part of process improvements and corrective actions
  • Collaborates with management to improve the overall quality of operation and compliance over high-profile key initiatives, focusing on achieving balance between risk management and business performance
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience supervising or performing advanced data analytics, reporting and developing process improvement opportunities to ensure quality of processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.  
  • Experience working on cross functional teams. 
  • Experience working in SAP.

 

Additional Information 

  • This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
