This role supports free education, training, tours, and community events that help businesses and their employees build knowledge, develop skills, and take meaningful action toward their own energy goals or the goals of the customers they serve. The successful candidate will bring strong customer engagement skills, comfort using online systems, and a service-minded approach to supporting event registration, attendance, program logistics, and day-to-day center operations.

Responsibilities
- Monitors and supports the implementation of customer programs, focusing on accurate data collection, reporting, and compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Assists in the analysis of program data, reports, and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supports internal teams, external vendors, and/or stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of customer programs with utility operations and customer engagement.
- Compiles program efficiency metrics and cost effectiveness reports.
- Maintains foundational knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service, corporate, administrative, or analytical role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing direct customer support in a public-facing, education, training, utility, community, hospitality, or business support environment.
- Experience supporting programs, classes, tours, workshops, community events, or other customer-facing activities, including registration, attendance tracking, scheduling, logistics, or records management.
- Experience using online systems, learning management systems, registration platforms, or similar web-based tools to track work, coordinate follow-up, or support program operations.
- Experience handling sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or customer information with sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot) and internal-based scheduling systems.
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
